Suicide Hotlines Worldwide (Including Muslim Hotlines)

Please take the time to talk with people that can help you to work through the troubles you are facing.
We’ve provided a listing of Hotlines (free) that you can call, or chat online with advisers from the majority of the countries all over the world below. To find your country easily, click CTRL+F then type your country name and then ENTER to jump to your country’s listings. Majority of the hotlines are not specifically for Muslims, but the ones we did find will have “(Muslim)” next to the title, or is in the title, to inform you accordingly.
It is encouraged that you to seek professional counseling with psychologist or psychiatrist to help you overcome problems, and help you to learn life coping skills to overcome whatever issues you face. There are even online therapists that can help, but most do charge. We’ve listed some below, some are free, some for a fee.
Ar-Raja The Hope Counseling Service
They are a group of female licensed psychologists, and psychiatrists that offer FREE counseling to SISTERS ONLY. Get counseling right from the comfort of your homes (either through chats, Skype calls or emails depending upon the severity of the issue and client/counselor availability).

At their site: https://www.online-therapy.com/how_it_works.php they offer weekly fees of $29.95 USD for online counseling, instead of by the hour, which most others charge, so we suggest it, despite being run by non-Muslims, because it is the cheapest we have found for online therapy since there is limited free help available.
