Is Jesus God? Part 14: "Disciples did not believe Jesus was God"

Return to the previous - Part 13: "Jesus called God “my father” and the father “my God"
The Bible explains things that happened after Jesus, and it demonstrates that they did not view him as God, but merely a messenger of God that had works from God done through him.
Acts 2:22 “Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know.”
Peter addressed a crowd with the 11 disciples, and stated the above to them. He states that God gave Jesus miracles, wonders and signs…they didn’t come from Jesus himself. God performed the miracles THROUGH him, just as he did miracles through other prophets.
Acts 3:13 “The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go.”
In this passage, Peter called Jesus a servant of God, not God himself.
Acts 3:26 “When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you to bless you by turning each of you from your wicked ways."
In this passage also, Peter called Jesus a servant of God, not God himself.
Acts 4:24 “When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to God. "Sovereign Lord," they said, "you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them.”
They prayed to God, not Jesus.
Acts 4:27 “Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed.”
Jesus was called an anointed servant.
Acts 4:30 “Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Jesus."
Jesus was called an servant.
Luke 11:12 “He said to them, "When you pray, say: "'Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come.”
The disciples prayed to God, not Jesus, just as Jesus told them to do.
Matthew 16:24 “Then Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.”
Jesus tells them to follow him, not worship him, or pray to him.
Quran 19:30 “[Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.”
Allah (God) has told us that Jesus was indeed a servant of God, a messenger and prophet.
